- Monitor and manage customer chats, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up on system and payment-related issues.
- Provide general operational support to the team and assist with ad hoc tasks when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Proficient in Chinese and English both written and spoken.
