System Operator

**Location: *"***Muang Thong Thani" OR "Rama 3"
About the role

Monitor the infrastructure environment and application services for stability and performance. Respond to alarm signals following procedures, perform initial troubleshooting and resolve basic incidents before escalation, and report all service impacting issues. Monitor alerts and trouble tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Provide remote support to the owner team with incident analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the infrastructure environment and application services for stability and performance
• Monitor alarm signals and respond to alarm following procedures
• Perform initial troubleshooting and resolve basic incidents or cases where applicable before escalation
• Report all service impacting issues of detection
• Monitor alerts and trouble tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Provide remote support to the owner team, assisting with incident analysis, troubleshooting, and coordinating problem resolution
• Document process and procedures related to systems operator, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
• Arrange job stream using Job scheduler Tools
• Execute job using Job scheduler Tools

About you

• 0-2 years experience in system operator
• New graduate are welcome to apply
• Graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
• Being able to document process and procedures related to systems operator, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
• Being able to arrange job stream using Job scheduler Tools
• Being able to execute job using Job scheduler Tools
• Be able to work in shift
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
