What they need
- Responsible for providing day-to-day production support, including proactive monitoring of applications and services to ensure high availability, stability, and optimal performance. Manages incident resolution in a timely manner, performs root cause analysis where required, and delivers ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations. Submitting RCA for high priority incidents and remediation’s.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge with Cloud Platforms and the components (AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub & CI/CD Pipeline
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *
Around 5+ years of experience
