1. 고객의 문제를 효과적으로 해결하고 고객 만족도 및 비즈니스 성장을 향상시킬 수 있는 물류 솔루션을 수립하고 실행합니다.
2. 고객의 니즈를 심층적으로 분석하여 실행 가능성과 혁신성을 갖춘 물류 솔루션을 설계 및 최적화하고, 지속적인 비즈니스 모델 개선을 추진합니다.
3. 내부 유관 부서 및 외부 파트너와 긴밀하게 협업하여 솔루션이 원활하게 도입될 수 있도록 지원하고, 프로젝트 진행 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 이슈를 해결합니다.
4. 물류 산업 및 시장 트렌드를 지속적으로 모니터링하고 분석하여 솔루션을 개선하고 회사의 시장 경쟁력을 강화합니다.
5. 프로젝트 운영 초기 단계의 안정화 및 운영 현황을 모니터링하고, 도입된 프로젝트가 고객의 KPI 요구사항을 충족할 수 있도록 운영을 지원하며 손익 개선 및 수익성 최적화를 추진합니다.

자격 요건

1. 학력

• 학사 이상
• 물류관리, 공급망관리(Supply Chain Management), 경영학 등 관련 전공자 우대 (전공 제한 없음)

2. 경력

• 경력 연수 제한 없음
• 물류 솔루션 설계, 프로젝트 관리 또는 관련 업무 경험자 우대

3. 필요 역량

• 비즈니스 이해: 고객의 니즈를 정확하게 파악하고 이를 기반으로 물류 솔루션을 설계 및 최적화할 수 있는 역량
• 프로젝트 관리: 프로젝트의 기획, 실행 및 납품까지 독립적으로 또는 팀과 협업하여 추진할 수 있는 역량
• 커뮤니케이션 및 조율: 내부 유관 부서 및 외부 파트너와 효과적으로 소통하고 필요한 자원을 조율하여 프로젝트를 원활하게 추진할 수 있는 역량

岗位职责

1. 负责制定和实施物流解决方案，确保方案能够有效解决客户问题，提升客户满意度并推动业务增长；
2. 深入分析客户需求，设计并优化物流解决方案，确保方案的可行性和创新性，推动业务模式持续优化；
3. 与内部团队及外部合作伙伴紧密合作，确保解决方案顺利实施，并解决项目过程中遇到的各类问题；
4. 跟踪物流行业动态及市场趋势，持续优化解决方案，提升公司在市场中的竞争力；
5. 负责项目运营前期的稳定化运营监控，确保落地项目满足客户 KPI 要求，并持续推动损益改善及盈利能力优化。

任职要求

1. 教育背景

• 本科及以上学历；
• 物流管理、供应链管理、商业管理等相关专业优先，专业不限。

2. 工作经验

• 不限工作年限；
• 具备物流解决方案设计、项目管理或相关领域工作经验者优先。

3. 能力要求

• 业务理解： 具备良好的业务敏感度，能够深入理解客户需求，设计并优化物流解决方案；
• 项目管理： 具备项目管理能力，能够独立或协同团队完成项目的规划、执行与交付；
• 沟通协调： 具备出色的沟通能力，能够有效协调内外部资源，推动项目顺利进行；
• 创新能力： 具备创新思维，能够根据市场变化和技术发展提出创新及优化方案。

4. 语言能力

• 具备良好的韩语及中文沟通能力，能够使用两种语言进行日常工作沟通。

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement logistics solutions that effectively address customer needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and design and optimize logistics solutions to ensure feasibility and innovation while continuously improving business models.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and resolve issues arising throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Monitor logistics industry developments and market trends, continuously optimizing solutions to strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market.
5. Monitor and support operational stabilization during the initial stage of project implementation, ensuring that launched projects meet customer KPI requirements while continuously improving P&L performance and profitability.

Job Requirement

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; candidates from other academic backgrounds are also welcome.

2. Experience

• No specific minimum years of experience required.
• Experience in logistics solution design, project management, or a related field is preferred.

3. Required Competencies

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and customer needs, with the ability to design and optimize effective logistics solutions.
• Project Management: Ability to independently or collaboratively manage project planning, execution, implementation, and delivery.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Innovation: Ability to develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions based on market changes and technological developments.

4. Language Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in both Korean and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a business environment.
