System Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Unix / VM administration and OpenShift design, development, perform platform configuration and operational support (including patch installation, upgrades and capacity management)

• Familiar with Containers, Kubernetes, and development of containerized applications / microservices architectures

• Knowledge to build / integrate DevOps pipelines and manage Elastic Stack (ElasticSearch, Kibana and Fluented)

• Participate in trouble shooting

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or related discipline
• 3-5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure / platform administration
• Solid hands-on experience in Kubernetes platform administration, preferably Red Hat OpenShift
• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, and Helm
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
• Good understanding of Kubernetes networking, storage, RBAC, and container technologies
• Experience with Git and automation / scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong Kubernetes / OpenShift hands-on experience is highly preferred
