We’re Hiring: Systems Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSQMS), auditing, and continuous improvement? Join our team as a Systems Specialist and help maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards across our Flour, Feeds, and Trading business units.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) activities across business units.
• Handle customer complaints, product returns, and feedback, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Conduct food safety and quality internal audits and facilitate customer and certification audits.
• Monitor and follow up on open issues from Management Reviews.
• Review, update, and maintain food safety and quality documents and records.
• Facilitate food safety and quality refresher training for employees.
• Prepare annual data summaries and reports for management review.
• Coordinate with certification bodies regarding audit schedules, arrangements, billing, and other certification-related matters.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Specialist and relevant departments to improve organizational systems and processes.
• Monitor and support compliance with food safety, quality, and occupational health and safety policies.
• Evaluate the performance of the Systems Associate and submit regular activity reports to the IMS Officer.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of any Science or Engineering course.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Food Safety and/or Quality Management Systems Supervisor.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO and FSSC standards.
• Trained and experienced in conducting FSQ internal audits or similar audits.
• Experience in food safety and quality training.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer tools for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving tools.
