System Support

Daiso Singapore is seeking a proactive and hands-on System Support to ensure the seamless operation of our retail outlet and corporate store systems. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, providing critical on-site troubleshooting, managing system deployments, and collaborating with external vendors to resolve complex operational issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance & Updates: Perform routine maintenance and system updates on cashier counter systems and office systems to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted operations.

• Hardware & Software Support: Provide on-site support for outlet hardware (including cashier systems, servers, and retail systems) and software issues.

• Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Cashier Counter Systems, CCTV, Networks, PC systems, Servers, and Retail Systems to ensure operational efficiency.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolutions for hardware and software problems.

• Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and test new systems or hardware setups for end users to ensure proper functionality and system integration.

• Asset Optimization & Lifecycle Tracking: Supervise outlet technical asset management, maintaining accurate records of hardware inventory and managing helpdesk ticket workflows to meet service-level standards.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation for system setups, configurations, procedures, and technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or above Preferably with Computer knowledge.
• Strong foundational knowledge in system hardware and software systems.
• Experience with POS systems hardware and retail software.
• Strong knowledge of operating and maintaining store devices, equipment, and operating systems.
• Able and willing to travel frequently to provide prompt on-site support to various outlet locations.
