System Support Engineer

Coordinate with design teams to perform further root cause analysis with component owners where necessary Documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups Responsible for the design, development and implementation of production fixes, enhancements, testing and inclusion as part of an 12x7 on-call rotation team Provide ongoing Level 3 support and configuration maintenance for the Service Independently manage ongoing production issues for the Service by engaging Incident Management team and vendor if required and drive the issue to root-cause analysis Assist with upgrades and maintenance of Service platform, associated software, hardware and databases Execute regular changes on Application Infrastructure, to maintain supportability and Disaster Recovery compliance Maintain Business Continuity plans, data quality and regulatory compliance for the Service Participate in a rotating 24x7 L3 on-call roster Provide input into Service Improvement plans

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
