System Support Executive

Job Title: System Support Executive (Hardware & Networking)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, networking, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and basic IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Install and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to users for IT-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and basic network access.
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and antivirus updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
