• Sets up, assembles, installs, configures, reconfigures, modifies, moves and/or relocates hardware/software at client site for regular or special function use

• Hardware and software maintenance of desktop and laptop PCs, application installation and troubleshooting

• Update operational run books for applications, databases, systems, and networks

• May troubleshoot related communications problems, , in a LAN environment, applying knowledge of wiring, standard cable connections and wire closets/MAUs

• Trading floor support

• Occasional datacenter work

• Maintain Ticket Vending Machines & Ticket Operator Machines on a Monthly & Quarterly basis or as needed to include

• Carry out maintenance and operational tasks on Company equipment as instructed by the Lay System Shift

• Supervisor and as required by Company and manufacturers’ procedures and manuals

• Responsible for the initial triage and determination of system faults and performance issues

เกณฑ์การสมัคร

Desired experience for system technician includes:

• 10 + years’ experience supporting and maintaining mainframe environments

• ZOS system programming knowledge required to ensure optimal system performance

• Knowledge Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) procedures and processes is preferred

• Installs of hardware

• Need a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, experience with all Microsoft Office products outlook e-mail, and other related duties as assigned

• Minimum 2-year degree or High School Diploma and equivalent work experience
