Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Technologist II to configure, image, test, and deploy computer hardware and software solutions based on customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Microsoft technologies, system imaging, and troubleshooting.

This role supports production operations by building and configuring systems, maintaining deployment processes, and ensuring all systems meet quality standards before shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, image, and deploy hardware and software according to technical specifications.
• Install, configure, and validate Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2022 and 2025.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), Internet Information Services (IIS), and related technologies.
• Perform quality assurance testing and final system validation before shipment.
• Maintain and update server imaging tools, system images, and deployment procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and configuration issues.
• Follow established production workflows and build-to-order processes.
• Independently manage standard system configurations and gradually take ownership of complex builds.
• Document system configurations, testing results, and deployment activities accurately.
• Ensure all builds meet quality requirements, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or two-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience configuring computer hardware and software.
• Experience with Windows Server 2022 and/or Windows Server 2025.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server imaging and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience in systems integration, IT deployment, production, or technical configuration environments.
• Experience with quality assurance, system testing, and validation processes.
