Location: Luxembourg - 3 days a week onsite

We are seeking an experienced System Test Lead to drive Verification & Validation activities for advanced hybrid and electric vehicle programmes, ensuring robust testing and successful integration of key EV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project-wide V&V activities.
• Develop release and production test plans.
• Plan and oversee system, software, and hardware testing activities.
• Manage V&V status reporting for customers and stakeholders.
• Support customer meetings, audits, and technical escalations.
• Execute release testing and prepare test summaries.
• Define and configure HIL/eDyne test benches.
• Drive defect management and ensure issues are tracked to closure.
• Identify test equipment requirements and support investment planning.

Must-Have Skills:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar.
• 8+ years' experience in Systems or Software Testing within automotive engineering.
• Proven leadership experience within engineering or testing teams.
• Strong HIL and/or eDyne testing experience.
• Experience creating test plans and test cases from functional and design requirements.
• Knowledge of ASPICE development processes and V&V methodologies.
• Experience with automotive communication and testing tools such as CANoe, CANape, ECU-Test, ETAS INCA, NI LabVIEW, NI VeriStand, TestStand, or ControlDesk.
• Proficiency in Python and C.
• Experience using Polarion, DOORS, JIRA, or similar requirements and test management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and Automotive Cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Expertise in electric drives, e-transmissions, battery management systems, or vehicle dynamics.
• International project experience within global engineering teams
