What they need
- Test ERP system functions and new features before release.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on system specifications and requirements.
- Identify, record, and report system bugs and issues.
- Retest bugs after developers have fixed them.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functions are not affected by new changes.
- Test different scenarios, including normal, abnormal, and boundary cases.
- Verify that the system meets customer requirements and approved specifications.
- Work closely with Project Leaders, Consultants, and Developers to clarify issues.
- Maintain proper testing records and provide testing status updates.
- Support UAT and customer issue verification when required.
- Ensure all assigned testing tasks are completed within the agreed timeline.
