System Testing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for flight control systems (FCS) software using 8D principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions through FMS processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of FCS system behavior during testing, identifying issues and reporting them to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation of test results, including defect reports and status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in aerospace or related field with expertise in FCS system testing.
• Strong understanding of 8D principles and methodologies for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in FMS tools such as Flight Control Systems Management System (FMS).
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
