System TPM (Technical Program Manager)

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid (Up to 3x a week RTO)

Schedule: Day Shift (45 hrs/week)

Job Description: We are looking for a System TPM to drive factory yield optimization, technical risk resolution, and hardware milestone execution across EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional operations teams (Hardware Eng, Quality, Manufacturing, Supplier Dev) across EVT → DVT → PVT → MP milestones.
• Drive factory yield optimization and manufacturing process improvements.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues gating production line operations.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, fishbone/Ishikawa, statistical tools) to ensure launch readiness.
• Manage strict program schedules (Gantt, critical path, risk tracking) during high-pressure NPI builds in Asia.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (EE, ME, CS, or equivalent).
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management within a consumer hardware / CE environment.
• Deep familiarity with CM/ODM factory environments: EVT → DVT → PVT → MP milestones.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations teams (Hardware Eng, Quality, Manufacturing, Supplier Dev).
• Track record of driving factory yield optimization and manufacturing process improvements.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues that gate production line operations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies: FMEA, 8D, fishbone / Ishikawa, statistical tools.
• Strong program schedule management (Gantt, critical path, risk tracking).
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced NPI environments with frequent travel to Asia factories.

Good To Have:

• 7+ years in program management with increasing scope (multi-site, multi-CM).
• Apple iPhone or tier-1 Android OEM hardware program experience.
• Experience in factory yield optimization, assembly automation, and supply chain operations.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
• Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills for direct CM partner engagement.
• Background in both NPI and sustaining (post-MP) program management.
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and factory data analytics.
• MBA or advanced degree in a technical field; experience managing multi-generation product roadmaps.
