Detail sebagai berikut:
Deskripsi Pekerjaan =
- Audit efektivitas sistem (CRM, Call Center, Omnichannel)
- Identifikasi gap & analisis masalah + rekomendasi solusi
- Konsultasi penggunaan sistem & optimalisasi workflow
- Menyusun materi training & panduan sistem
- Kolaborasi internal & penanganan issue klien
- Menyusun laporan secara terstruktur
Kualifikasi =
- Min. D3/S1 (akan lebih utama IT, Computer Science, tapi open untuk semua jurusan)
- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di CRM/HRIS/ERP
- Komunikasi & presentasi baik
- Mandiri & proaktif
- Analitis & problem solving kuat
- Pengalaman training/konsultasi jadi nilai tambah
