The team is driving the transformation toward connected services and new business models, developing solutions that improve customer productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

As an End-to-End System Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for verifying services across the complete customer journey—from onboard functionality in the vehicle to offboard systems, customer portals, mobile applications, and supporting service infrastructure.

You will work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment where understanding customer needs and ensuring a high-quality user experience are key. Your verification results and technical insights will play an important role in determining whether the services meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end system verification of connected services across rigs and vehicles.

  • Verify complete service flows covering:

    • Offboard customer portals and systems
    • Onboard applications and vehicle functionality
    • Mobile applications used by truck drivers
  • Develop and maintain test methods, test cases, and verification strategies.

  • Develop and use simulations for system-level verification.

  • Perform software download (SWDL), integration, and configuration activities.

  • Execute system-level verification on rigs, both with and without simulations.

  • Perform verification activities directly on vehicles.

  • Analyze test results, logs, and system behavior to identify and isolate issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to drive resolution.

  • Work closely with development, integration, service, and other engineering functions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvements of verification methods, tools, and processes.

  • Ensure that delivered services meet functional, technical, and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in system verification of distributed embedded systems.

  • Experience within automotive services, telematics, infotainment/entertainment, or related connected-vehicle domains.

  • Strong experience with manual end-to-end verification across:

    • Mobile applications
    • Offboard systems
    • Onboard vehicle functionality
  • Hands-on experience with verification on test rigs and vehicles.

  • Experience working with rigs using simulations and/or simulated environments.

  • Knowledge of test frameworks and verification toolchains.

  • Experience with Vector CAN tools or similar automotive communication and diagnostic tools.

  • Good working knowledge of Linux and Android.

  • Experience with system simulations.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform log analysis and root cause analysis of system and quality issues.

  • Strong system-level thinking and a quality-focused mindset.

  • Good understanding of integration and interfaces within distributed systems.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies
  • The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
  • A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development
  • Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance
  • 25 days of annual leave to recharge and relax
  • An annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
