JOB SUMMARY
- Handles the effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure; and
- Ensures that server/ system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another related field; and
- Must have at least three (3) years of work experience as a System Administrator preferably in a Call Center industry.
