Systems Administrator

To manage, maintain and support Sleep Group's ICT infrastructure, systems, user access, backup solutions and end-user computing environment, ensuring the effective, secure and reliable operation of IT services across the business. The role is responsible for maintaining ICT infrastructure and systems, supporting end users, managing access and backups, assisting with incident response and business intelligence activities, supporting OT infrastructure, and ensuring that the System Administration Plan and required operational processes are adhered to.
