About the Program

Softek is recruiting for a program supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS/CISA). The program delivers AI/ML-enabled applications, automation, and cloud data engineering on an AWS and Databricks platform, with an emphasis on secure, vendor-agnostic design. Work is performed remotely from the contractor site with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer cloud-hosted development, test, and production environments, including identity and access, monitoring, and configuration.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, patching, and deployment workflows.
• Implement role-based access control, logging, and security hardening in line with DHS requirements.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and operational documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of systems administration experience, including two or more years with AWS.
• Experience with Linux, scripting, IAM, and monitoring tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS SysOps or Security certification.
• Experience operating under federal security controls
