What is the job?

The Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure hardware, software platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Manage servers, storage, networks, security devices, backups, disaster recovery, and SaaS applications.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and serve as an escalation point for technical incidents.
• Support infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, implementations, and technology improvements.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, procedures, recommendations, and infrastructure enhancement plans.
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders while providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related IT infrastructure roles.

• Experience working with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.

• Experience managing and troubleshooting servers, storage systems, networking technologies, and security infrastructure.

• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments.

• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

• Experience with infrastructure implementation, upgrades, migrations, and technical projects.
