Job Title: Systems Administrator – Windows & Linux
Seeking a Systems Administrator to support a Transportation Operations Center’s servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include system deployment, configuration, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, backups, recovery, and Tier 1–3 technical support.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with Windows and Red Hat Linux servers.
- 5 years with Active Directory, VMware, hardware support, backup and recovery, and help desk support.
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred: Cybersecurity, networking equipment, video management systems, audio-video support, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
