Systems Administrator (Windows and SaaS)

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Systems Administrator (Windows and SaaS).

Job Description:

Job Title: Systems Administrator (Windows and SaaS)

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Location: Fremont, CA

Work Schedule: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Administer MS365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD), including device enrollment, security policies, and access controls.
• Deploy, patch, and maintain Windows Server environments, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions, and app integrations across core company software.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 technical escalations and document IT procedures and workflows.
• Manage system backups, apply OS patches, and enforce compliance and security standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Systems Administrator role focused on Windows infrastructure.
• Proven hands-on experience with MS365, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• Experience managing Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence (preferred).
• Familiarity with administering Google Workspace alongside MS365 environments (a plus).
• Basic PowerShell skills for automating administrative tasks (a plus).
