Systems Administrators

If you're an experienced Systems Administrator looking to further develop your infrastructure expertise or a Senior Systems Administrator who enjoys leading technical initiatives and solving complex operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
These roles will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT services during a very critical period for this organisation.

You will be involved in a mix of service delivery, systems administration, infrastructure operations, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and technology lifecycle activities.
Senior candidates will also have opportunities to lead complex installations, drive operational improvements, develop standards and procedures, and mentor less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for incidents, service requests, and operational issues, ensuring a high level of customer service and timely resolution.
• Administer user accounts, end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and supporting infrastructure environments
• Install, configure, maintain, and decommission hardware and software while ensuring accurate asset and configuration management records.
• Monitor and support IT operations, including incident management, automation activities, infrastructure performance, and continuous service improvement.
• Contribute to or lead operational procedures, complex deployments, documentation, and best-practice improvements depending on your level of experience.
