Systems Analyst - Banking Applications

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with end-users and external IT vendors during the course of system development and user acceptance test
• Perform in-depth business analysis and work with external IT vendors to translate the requirements into sound technological solutions
• Analyze as-is business process with different business users, identify process improvement opportunities and re-design processes throughout the platform modernization journey
• Oversee end-to-end business activities and data utilization across different teams and systems
• Work closely with business users and technical team to drive user testing exercises including UAT test plan and test cases
• Support functional/system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide timely support to production issues
• Assist in user training and other system launch activities

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science or related fields
• At least 5+ years' relevant IT experience, particularly in the role of Systems Analyst for IT application system design and analysis
• Hands-on experience in application development with Visual Basics, .NET, Java, SQL, Python and PowerShell
• Familiar with agile development approach and knowledge in web technology, CI/CD, RESTFUL API, and RPA/UiPath
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, self- motivated, with strong analytical mind
