Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications to support system development and implementation. This role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify system improvements.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and other requirements documentation.
• Define and support system integrations, data mapping, validation rules, and interface requirements.
• Assist in data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and release activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage scope, risks, assumptions, and change requests.
• Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support deployment, post-implementation activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, process mapping, and testing support.
• Knowledge of system integrations, databases, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
