About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our technical operations team. You will act as the technical bridge between our clients, our warehouse operations, and our offshore development team — analysing client systems, designing integrated solutions, and coordinating delivery across e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, our warehouse management system (WMS), and retail EDI channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements for integration projects
• Investigate existing client systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Unleashed, Cin7 and other e-commerce/ERP platforms) and design integration solutions with CSG's WMS
• Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams and technical documentation to guide implementation
• Coordinate with the offshore development team on requirement clarification, technical design and delivery
• Manage integration projects with major Australian retailers, including EDI implementations for channels such as Target, Bunnings, Officeworks and JB Hi-Fi
• Support warehouse operations by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending system and workflow improvements
• Configure and maintain client-facing integrations; provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues raised by clients and operations staff
• Prepare user documentation and training material for warehouse and client teams
• Liaise with clients on technical matters throughout onboarding and ongoing operations

Required Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis, solution design or technical integration roles
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and ERP/inventory systems (Unleashed, Cin7)
• Experience with EDI standards and retail integrations (Target, Bunnings, or comparable Australian retailers preferred)
• Solid technical background in full-stack development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, SQL) sufficient to specify, review and validate integration work
• Demonstrated experience preparing functional specifications, workflow documentation and technical designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, as all client communication is conducted in English while all requirement documentation and coordination with our offshore development team is conducted in Chinese

Desirable

• Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda
• Familiarity with 3PL / warehouse management workflows
• Prior experience working across onshore/offshore delivery models

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
