Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities *

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for integration initiatives.
• Prepare API specifications, interface requirement documents, process flows, data mappings, and system integration designs.
• Work closely with business teams, Product Owner, architects, and developers to define integration requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts for new integrations, enhancements, and platform changes.
• Support API, messaging, event-streaming, and middleware solution design activities.
• Define data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation requirements.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting integration issues and support root cause analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with integration governance, security, and architecture standards.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *

• 5-8 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, microservices, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, Kafka, API Gateway, or similar technologies.
• Good understanding core banking business processes.
• Knowledge of data mapping, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and system interface design.
• Experience working on digital banking, payments, channels, or core banking transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or OCI) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
