Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst Job Summary Seeking a motivated and technically curious Systems Analyst to join a team on a temporary basis, with the potential for long-term growth. This role has been created to provide additional support during a team member's maternity leave. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our systems, data, and applications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Origami Risk Administration/Support: Maintain the system, support users, improve processes, and enhance the platform's utility for the business.
• Data & Reporting: Use SQL and other tools to pull data, create custom reports, analyze information, and improve business visibility.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to improve or automate business processes.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external technology vendors to resolve technical issues and manage support.
• General Systems Support: Provide support for cloud-based applications and internal systems.
• Phone/VoIP Support: Assist with the maintenance and support of the company's phone systems.
• Integrations/Data Feeds: Work with XML, SQL, and other tools to ensure effective communication and data movement between systems.
• SOC 1 Compliance Support: Assist with the technology aspects of SOC 1 compliance processes.
• Programming/Technical Work: Engage in programming or scripting tasks as needed to address technical challenges.
