Systems Analyst

Reporting to Associate Senior Manager - IT Business Systems, the incumbent is responsible for supporting system implementation, analyzing business requirements, managing vendors and providing ongoing system and user support.

Responsibilitie

1. Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design and development, testing, documentation and operational support;
2. Collaborate with vendors, business users and IT teams to deliver effective solutions;
3. Perform system enhancement, upgrade and related implementation activities;
4. Stay abreast of emerging IT technologies and recommend initiatives for the continuous improvement of IT system; and
5. Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT application development
• Experience in .NET Core, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Relational & NoSQL Databases, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
• Experience in AI development i
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a teams an advantage
• Fresh graduate is also considered
