Are you passionate about bridging business needs and technology solutions? We are looking for a System Analyst who can translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable system specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects.

• Create system analysis deliverables, including:

  • Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
  • User Stories
  • Process Flow Diagrams
  • As-Is and To-Be Process Documentation
  • Low-Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes

• Analyze system change requests, issues, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and process reviews with business stakeholders and hospital users.

• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Support Agile project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or other Science and Technology-related fields.
• Open to graduates of Business or Management programs with relevant experience.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in systems analysis and design methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and User Experience (UX) principles.
• Knowledge of process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience with data analysis and querying using Excel and SQL is an advantage.
