Systems Analyst- Core Banking

Key Responsibilities *

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off activities.
• Assist in data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure requirements traceability and timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *

• 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts and data analysis.
• Experience in Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
