Systems Analyst (HYBRID_BGC)

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support key technology initiatives and business transformation projects. The role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing system solutions, managing project deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL scripts, queries, and functions to support new insurance product development and system enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions and operational processes.
• Collaborate with business users, management, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and process workflows.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate knowledge transfer across engineering and support teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, including script and function development.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
