Systems Analyst

Bridge business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and driving data-backed decisions through MS SQL and business systems expertise.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with MS SQL, including querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to evaluate functional requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience supporting users, investigating issues, and coordinating with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Visio.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate system processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Assist users with system-related concerns and provide training when needed.
• Work closely with developers, database administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis using MS SQL to support business decisions.
