Description:
- The IT GFS Service Operations Excellence team delivers system operations services, incident and problem management, and fulfillment of service requests, among others.
- We are looking for a Systems Analyst who can fill the role of System Lead for select global systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Application support (incident and problem management)
- Application catalog (service requests)
- Change management
- System operations and governance
- Compliance documentation
- Coordinating backup and recovery
- Performing disaster recovery testing
- Coordinating server and database patches
- Coordinating software management
- Interfacing/Coordinate with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional Areas & Infrastructure)
- Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate replace migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items
- Decommissioning (Retiring) systems
- Coordinating system archiving
