Systems Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to analyze business and system requirements, design effective solutions, and coordinate application enhancements. The role will work closely with clients, subject matter experts, and developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design solutions for system changes and enhancements.
• Meet with client Systems Analysts and SMEs to understand technical requirements.
• Propose system solutions and review development estimates.
• Prepare and maintain system requirements and technical documentation.
• Communicate approved requirements to developers.
• Collaborate with technical teams during design reviews.
• Facilitate system testing and data validation before QA endorsement.
• Address technical inquiries related to developed applications.
• Support deployment and program-transfer activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–3 years of systems analysis experience.
• Experience in systems analysis, solution design, and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of application enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to review estimates and coordinate with developers.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process and database table design.
• Knowledge of API integrations, Oracle Database, and SQL.
• Exposure to Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, or Java applications.
• Experience in application troubleshooting and support.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum.
• Exposure to insurance or financial-services applications.
