Work from Home (Onsite as needed – no guarantee how many days per month or week as it depends only on the business needs)

Mon to Fri – Dayshift

· 3 years in System Analysis

Job Description:

The system analyst is responsible for translating the needs (change requests/ support) of users and stakeholders into process documents, requirements documents, and user stories (where applicable), and then working with various teams for implementation.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Eliciting business requirements for identified projects

• Creation of system analysis assets: requirements documents, user stories, as-is to-be, process flow charts, low fidelity mock-ups and prototypes

• Analyzing system requirements (change requests/issues), processes, and data, and identifying areas of improvements

• Facilitate process reviews (online/in-person) with the customers (stakeholders of hospitals)

Requirements:

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills

• Strong attention to detail, analytical & critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Partners collaboratively across multiple groups, including both business and IT teams

• Continuous learner

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Experience in the application of systems analysis and design, tools, and techniques across a variety of domains, including integration across business units.

• Experience with user experience design, design thinking, and agile practices.

• Familiarity with data management & query techniques in Excel, SQL are a plus

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
