Systems & Automation Assistant

About the role

The Systems & Automation Assistant supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's internal digital systems and automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure internal applications and workflows using Google AppSheet, Google Sheets, and related Google Workspace tools
• Assist in developing automation using Google Apps Script, including notifications, approvals, document generation, and other workflow requirements
• Translate documented business processes and user requirements into practical digital workflows
• Develop forms, dashboards, reports, approval workflows, and basic system integrations
• Enhance and maintain existing AppSheet applications and automated processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Google AppSheet, Google Sheets, or other low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting; exposure to Google Apps Script/JavaScript is an advantage.
