  • Oversee delivery of data center BAS, EPMS and critical cooling controls projects.
  • Manage project planning, resources, budgets, schedules, quality and risk.
  • Support project scoping, bids and operational delivery strategies.
  • Mentor technicians, resolve technical challenges and improve field performance.
  • Manage customer relationships, escalations and project reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations and leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years' industry experience, including 5+ years in leadership or operational management.
  • At least 3 years' experience with data center controls, BAS and EPMS, particularly critical cooling applications.
  • Experience managing field operations and controls installations across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of chillers, CRAH units and mission-critical cooling systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms including Carel, Distech, Delta Controls, Siemens or Automated Logic (ALC).
  • Strong project delivery, budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and OSHA safety requirements.

Desirable experience

  • Delivery of large-scale or hyperscale data center projects.
  • Tridium Niagara certification.
  • PMP or CAPM qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or electronic engineering, operations or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

What's on offer

  • Remote working across the USA, with travel to customer sites.
  • Health, dental and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid leave, disability benefits and wellbeing support.
  • Tuition reimbursement and career development opportunities.
  • The chance to lead technically complex, high-impact data center projects.
