Systems and Data Analyst

We are investing in our systems, data and processes to support the future growth of the firm and are looking for a capable Systems and Data Analyst to join our Operations team. 
  
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, supporting users and improving business systems. 
  
About the Role 
  
You will be the day-to-day subject matter expert for our practice management and related business systems, supporting users across the firm while helping to enhance system performance, reporting capability and data quality. 
  
Working closely with Finance, Compliance, Client Onboarding, IT, you will help ensure our core systems operate effectively and continue to evolve to meet business needs.  
  
Key Responsibilities 
  
You will: 

• Administer and support practice management, finance, compliance and onboarding systems.
• Trouble shoot system, data and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain operational and management reporting.
• Support system upgrades, implementations and testing activities.
• Assist with data quality, governance and system controls.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting and training.
• Assist with identification of opportunities to improve processes, automation and system efficiency.

About You 
  
You will bring: 

• Experience supporting business, finance or practice management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data and reporting tools such as SQL, SSMS, SSRS, Power Query and advanced Excel.
• A practical approach to process automation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with Aderant Expert/Elite or similar practice management systems would be highly regarded.
