Systems & Data Analyst

Help modernise how Far North Water works through data, systems, automation, and AI.

At Ventia, we're looking for a forward-thinking Business Improvement Analyst to lead the successful deployment of our Novus platform while identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making across the contract.

This is more than a systems implementation role. You'll drive process improvement, improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities, and help create smarter, more efficient ways of working for operational teams.

What You'll Do Lead business readiness for the Novus system implementation

Transform business processes into scalable digital solutions

Drive data migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting readiness

Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual effort

Partner with operations, finance, commercial, and technical teams to deliver change

Develop dashboards, insights, and AI-enabled reporting solutions

Coordinate UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare activities

Champion continuous improvement through data and technology

About You You'll bring experience in business analysis, systems implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement, along with:

Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills

Experience working with business systems, reporting tools, or data migrations

An interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

Ability to translate operational challenges into practical digital solutions

Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills

Experience with Power BI, SAP, Novus, or similar platforms is highly regarded
