Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure, security, and continuous improvement to join our Technology team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure, providing advanced technical support, and actively participating in projects that enhance the stability, security, and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, physical and virtual servers, connectivity, backups, and cloud services.

· Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user access, and collaboration platforms such as Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint to support a secure and efficient IT environment.

· Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and service availability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

· Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure, network, system, application, and endpoint-related issues.

· Participate in technology projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA and other critical business applications.

· Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, performance, security, and operational efficiency.

· Assist with patch management, system updates, and vulnerability remediation efforts across the IT environment.

Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, procedures, and reports related to IT operations and projects

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in network and infrastructure administration.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Technical Qualifications

· Experience managing and supporting enterprise networking environments, including wired and wireless infrastructure.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
