What they need
About the Role: Document system requirements, translate business needs into simple guides, and assist with system testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing workflows and document detailed System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Create test suites, conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track system defects, coordinate fixes with developers, and clarify rules for business teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in software projects.
- Strong skills in creating requirement documentation, test scripts, and process flows.
- Basic knowledge of programming logic (like Java) is a plus for understanding system behavior.
