We work with a wide range of clients and we specialise in professional services, healthcare and not for profit sectors. We provide design and consulting services in AI and automation, cyber security, IT change management in addition to managed IT and support.

We are now seeking a client facing Systems Consultant who enjoys a mix of planning, onsite delivery and support work.

About the Role

Working independently from managed Regus offices on Queen Street, you will be providing a mix of consulting, planning and onsite support for clients around Auckland city. You will be working alone but well supported by colleagues at other offices.

This role offers lots of variety and you can expect to be onsite with clients daily tackling anything from strategy and planning to end user support and hardware installation.

This role will be on call one week every three months.

About You

A background in senior technical support or project delivery roles is ideal, and the technical skills we are looking for are:

• Experience delivering Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions
• A thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with IT project planning and delivery
• Pre sales abilities in design, scoping and costing
• An interest and working knowledge of AI

Relationship building with clients is an important part of this role and you should be comfortable translating business strategy and goals into deliverable projects. This is particularly important with AI and automation where many businesses are still in the early stages of adoption.

Any exposure to the legal or accounting sector will be very useful but isn’t essential.

Above all, we are looking for a can-do, collaborative style and someone who enjoys seeing hard work turn into high quality outcomes for clients.

You should be comfortable working independently, prioritising work and managing your diary to manage client needs effectively.
