We work with a wide range of clients and we specialise in professional services, healthcare and not for profit sectors. We provide design and consulting services in AI and automation, cyber security, IT change management in addition to managed IT and support.

We are now seeking a client facing Systems Consultant who enjoys a mix of architecture, planning plus project delivery work.

About the Role

Based at our Dunedin CBD offices, you will be working closely with the Systems Architect and Account Manager to provide high quality consulting and develop long term client relationships.

You will be contributing to pre sales work, design of solutions and services, planning of delivery work and advising clients on longer term IT strategy.

Most of our clients are in and around the Dunedin CBD, but you can expect occasional travel in the South Island for specific clients and projects.

This role will be on call one week every three months.

About You

A background in senior technical support or project delivery roles is ideal, and the technical skills we are looking for are:

• Experience delivering Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions
• A thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with IT project planning and delivery
• Pre sales abilities in design, scoping and costing
• An interest and working knowledge of AI

Relationship building with clients is an important part of this role and you should be comfortable translating business strategy and goals into deliverable projects. This is particularly important with AI and automation where many businesses are still in the early stages of adoption.

Any exposure to the legal or accounting sector will be very useful but isn’t essential.

Above all, we are looking for a can-do, collaborative style and someone who enjoys seeing hard work turn into high quality outcomes for clients.
