Systems Data Integrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Systems Data Integrator to support data integration initiatives by developing accurate data mappings and supporting the integration of data across different systems.

The role will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document data structures, develop API mappings, and provide technical input to integration projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience in business analysis, API mapping, interface development, and data integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data mappings across different systems to support integration projects.
• Collaborate with business units, system owners, developers, testers, and project teams to gather the information required for data integration activities.
• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into detailed data mapping specifications.
• Prepare data mappings at both the process and system layers, including data dictionaries and related documentation.
• Document data elements, source and target systems, field mappings, data types, transformation rules, and integration requirements.
• Provide requirements and data mapping walkthroughs to development and testing teams.
• Work closely with technical teams to clarify integration requirements and resolve data mapping-related questions.
• Support project teams during implementation to help ensure solutions align with approved requirements and solution designs.
• Assist with troubleshooting data integration and interface-related issues.
• Review integration requirements and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Contribute to quality improvement, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical and functional documentation.
• Perform other related responsibilities that support data integration and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Data Integrator or in a closely related data integration role — required.
• Minimum 2 years of extensive experience in API mapping and interface development — required.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation — required.
• Hands-on experience working with REST/JSON and SOAP/XML technologies — required.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining data mappings, data dictionaries, interface specifications, and integration documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear technical and data integration specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
