Systems Data Integrator

About the role

WeSupport, Inc. is seeking a Systems Data Integrator to join our dynamic Information & Communication Technology team. In this contract position, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions that connect various systems and databases across our organisation. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be at the heart of our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. This role is essential to supporting our business operations and enabling data-driven decision-making across WeSupport, Inc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Data Integrator. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather and document requirements. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have minimum 3 years of extensive experience with API mapping and interface development. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have experience working with REST/JSON and SOAP/XML technologies. (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of data integration best practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Non-negotiable)
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Job Summary

• He/she drives and manages the relationship with the business and group, ensures the end-to-end delivery of IT business needs from project idealisation to implementation, and works with the business units and provides significant inputs to the definition and maintenance of the client’s overall IT strategy covering projects and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancement requests.

Job Description:

• Align IT plans of business units with the business units’ goals and strategies.
• Conduct regular client touchpoints to provide status of priority projects and BAU requests.
• Overall accountable for the idealisation activities and initiation activities for enhancements and subscriptions.
• Review and coordinate with appropriate business units for the relevant costs and budget associated to their projects.
• Works with the business and group in defining priority levels for the clients’ system requests; negotiates with clients on issues related to resource contention and delivery dates.
• Handles the assessment and evaluation of BAU system enhancements requested by business units.
• Participates in the preparation of the business case and high-level requirements documents, in support of firming up technology solutions for clients’ specific needs.
• Establish collaboration and teamwork with business units, key personnel and stakeholders.
