Our Developers work closely with our business partners and their SDLC peers to design, develop, and enhance applications that support FTB's mission. You will contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), writing clean, maintainable code, implementing system requirements, and ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

• Knowledge and experience in COBOL, Natural, TSO/ISPF, VSAM, ADABAS, Microsoft Sequel Server, JAVA
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with various technical teams in a cross-team environment
• Excellent organizational and Analytical Skills
• Mindset for resilience, adaptability, and enterprise
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to adjust language according to target audience
• Self Starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills and display of professionalism
• Knowledge of general technology concepts, policies and methods, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with FTB applications including but not limited to Delinquent Vehicle Registration (DVR) application, ARCS Collection Mainframe application and/or other collection applications
• Easily adapts to and embraces changing organizational structures and methodologies
• Willing and eager to learn new tools and procedures
• Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Visio, and Project)
