Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support growing and new emerging IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, along with expertise in networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and security best practices.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of our systems and services, working across teams to support digital transformation, cloud initiatives, and enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewalls, cloud environments).
• Knowledgeable in maintaining and supporting physical and virtual infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid models.
• Configure and monitor network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs) and ensure uptime and security.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and change records.
• Analyze system requirements and coordinate with team members to design robust solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning across environments.
• Knowledgeable in disaster recovery and backup systems.
• Collaborate within the team to ensure infrastructure complies with security standards, seamless integration and support of business objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Provide basic IT training and awareness to end users when needed
