- Integrate cybersecurity best practices into systems and infrastructure operations, including secure configurations, access controls, vulnerability remediation, segmentation, logging, monitoring, and compliance support.
- Monitor system performance, review logs and alerts, identify trends, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement corrective actions to improve availability, stability, and security.
- Manage and document system configurations, standard operating procedures, change records, implementation plans, and transition-to-production activities.
- Capture, analyze, translate, and document business, technical, and end-user requirements into secure and supportable infrastructure solutions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, root-cause analysis, and remediation for Level 2 and Level 3 operational issues across systems, network, cloud, and security platforms.
- Mentor junior technical staff, share knowledge with the Infrastructure team, and coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and deliver project outcomes.
